TYPE TRL (Parts-cleaning machine - leach)
TRL series parts-cleaning machines represent equipment employing aqueous solvents for cleaning operations. They are specifically installed in maintenance and production facilities to perform cleaning and degreasing jobs. TRL machines are equipped with electric heating and a centrifugal pump. The robust cleaner-basket made from stainless steel, having four-point support, is driven by a geared motor.

TYPE TRK (Parts-cleaning machine utilising Cold solvent)
| |
TRL/TRK 750 | |
TRK series parts-cleaning machines are units designed to use solvent-type cleaners that are stable within hazard class A III (flashpoint above 55°C). The equipment is suited to clean, degrease and provide anti-corrosion protection to almost any material encountered in the parts-cleaning field. The construction of the TRK machines is highly similar to that of the TRL units, exept that no provision is made for heating.

TYPE TRA (2 Tank version)
In a new construction, the toploading machines can be provided as 2-tank-version. So several processes, e.g. cleaning and rinsing, are possible. The advantage of this new version is, that the cleaning with two processes is possible in one small, mobile and cost-efficient machine. |

Operator Safety | |
- The TRL/TRK 750, 900 and TRL 1100 machines own the GS-sign (TÜV Product Service).
- To protect the service staff the machine is supplied with safety components.
- Integral safety interlocking provisions serve to prevent the lid from being opened, both while in operation and at the stage when parts are left to drain.
- Switches are installed in the interlocking system to permit the pump control to only be enabled whilst the wash-compartment lid is closed and interlocked.
- The position of the lid closing mechanism is monitored by an additional solenoid switch.
- Moreover, float switches are installed to stop the equipment in case of pump leakage or when filter trouble has occurred.
- The solution temperature in TRL machines is monitored by duplicate thermostats in seperate arrangment.
- TRK machines being designed to utilise cold solvent are equipped with a thermal sensor installed to stop the machine, should the solution temperature rise. Pumps of TRK machines come with a special gasket fitted.
